Excellent rain jacket esp. for summer
Keeps me dry and doesn't make me sweaty on hot, rainy summer days. Very well designed: sleeves can be loosened or tightened at wrists with velcro tabs. Hood can be loosened or tightened at the back, so it's not falling onto my face and obstructing my vision.

Kudos on the new Gore-tex!
I've had my new Pathfinder Gore-tex shell for a week now, and I'm really impressed with the quality and fit. I'm so happy LLBean invested in the PFAS free fabric so it could be shipped to my home in CA. Love the deep pockets, the third pocket, and the excellent wind resistance.

Love the jacket
It does make some noise when you move, but if you are in a rain storm you won't notice, but you will notice if your rain jacket allows water inside....which this jacket does not. This jacket keeps me dry. I love the orange color, it's lovely and helps my friends locate me. I have only worn it in one rainstorm, so I cannot speak to durability. The fit is a tad tight in the shoulders; I stuck with sizing up for maneuverability and ability to wear an underlayer.
