How to Inflate Your Sonic Snow Tube

[00:00:00.02] How to inflate your L.L.Bean sonic snow tube. Follow these easy steps to make sure your sonic snow tube is fully inflated and ready to go this winter.

[00:00:07.92] Step one, check sizing. The inner tube is marked regular or extra large, depending on the size you ordered. Make sure the inner tube size matches the size shown on the small white tag sewn into the edge of the outer shell.

[00:00:19.44] Step two, insert the inner tube. Place the inner tube flat inside the shell with the inflation valve aligned with the L.L.Bean logo and leash. Step three, inflate the inner tube. Since this is a vehicle inner tube, it's best to inflate with an air compressor at home or at a gas station. You can also use a portable 12-volt tire compressor, a portable electric bike or mattress pump, or a manual bike pump.

[00:00:42.54] Inflate the tube slowly. Push it against the outer shell as you inflate to help it fill evenly. Make sure the tube is centered within the shell. The tube will feel quite firm before it has expanded enough to fill the outer shell. Keep inflating until the outer shell is fully expanded. If you start to see creases in the tube or it becomes misshapen, you are probably over inflating it.

Place the inner tube flat inside the shell with the inflation valve aligned with L.L.Bean logo and leash.
