Too large and bulky.
I purchased this to be used as a spread on my king size bed. It was much too large and too heavy. It was very well-made and a good L.L. Bean product – – just not what I expected. I returned it for a full refund.

Great investment!
Bought this bedspread in 2017 for a memory foam king mattress that is tall. The bedspread has held up beautifully even with a kitty who sometimes sinks her little claws into it. That hasn't been a big problem. Figured it would look pretty for three or four years. Wrong. It's still beautiful well into its ninth year.

After reading comments re sizing, purchased a queen size spread for a king size bed. Still too large; have two extra feet of spread. Do not recommend.

I have a queen-size colonial style bed. The bedspread is the right size to cover the frame on three sides and provide enough spread lengthwise to cover pillows. I love the blue color and the subtle design in it.

Perfection & abundant coverage
Just recently purchased.. Absolutely beautiful! Right from the package, no wrinkles or manufacture smells of plastic or dyes!! Immediately put on our bed which has a standard box spring & thick mattress. It fit perfectly to the floor all around and enough overall length to cover our pillows! The pattern, color, and feel of this material is heavenly. After it's first wash, I hope it looks and feels the same.
