This exclusive flannel shirt is woven just for us by true artisans in Portugal. These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

Flannel shirt pilled at first washing.
I am disappointed with the flannel. I washed and driel the item according to the fabric care instructions before I wore the shirt. The flannel pilled the first time I washed it...very unhappy about that and expected better results.

Best flannel shirt I've tried
I ordered one a few months ago and loved it enough to get 3 more. It's the best "tall" sizing I've found, and the material is silky soft. I've tried 3 other brands before but none fit as well as this. My only complaint is that I wish there were more colors so I could buy more.

Sleeves length shrunk
I ordered a tall size and the fit was great, until I washed and dried the garment. The sleeve length shrunk considerably and now they are too short. I would have to roll them up, but that was not the intention for this flannel.
