Wonderful Cozy Weight
My closet has a good assortment of plaid and check flannel shirts which are ideal for our climate and my style. This twill is cozy without being heavy, a shoulder-season weight for Georgia, and even a summer topper when the A/C is overwhelming. Medium fits exactly as I’d expect from LLB, and the cuffs have two button choices to customize. Tighten the cuffs and voila’, sleeves are not too long. The color choices include a check, but I wouldn’t mind some nice solids, as well!

Excellent plaid comfortable shirt
This shirt will be a good addition to my three season wardrobe. The colors in it are great. The weight of the material is perfect for informal and stylish wear. I washed it and it came out perfectly.

Doesn’t fit
Bought the shirt in regular medium and petite medium. The regular size was too big and the sleeves were way too long. The petite size was too short. The petite sleeves were just right but I was disappointed that the petite size was so much shorter than the regular size. Although I loved the color of the Marina Teal, I sent both shirts back. Please make the petite length on shirts a bit longer.

Love the soft twill, but....
The fabric for this shirt is very soft and the indigo color is beautiful. The shirt is cut fairly wide, but it would have been okay if it didn't gape all the way down the front placket. All of my regular medium LLBean button-down shirts have 7 buttons, this one only has 6. I could see the gapes even before I took it out of the plastic bag and tried it on. I'm only sorry I didn't take some pictures to add to this review. The shirt has a very generous cut, it is not tight across the front at all, it just doesn't have enough buttons to allow it to hang properly. Why couldn't you have made it with the typical 7 buttons & 7 buttonholes. It really is disappointing because I absolutely would have kept it if it didn't gape all the way down the front.
Also, what is with all of the garish plaids for this twill shirt ! I like plaid but how about something a bit more subtle and not so in your face. The indigo choice was the only nice one of the available colors.

Very comfortable..TOO MUCH PLAID!
Perfectly sized to be relaxed but not sloppy. The material is soft and very comfortable. My ONLY complaint is there are NO other choices but "plaid"!! I like plaid but it has to be a specific look. The choices here come across too loudly plaid. The only one I came close to even liking was the navy. The faded reddish colored one ended up being too pink. Makes some of these in PLAIN colors and I will scoop them up!

Comfortable, easy to put on & off
Less "fuzzy" than flannel, teill is more smooth, so easier for someone with weak arms, hands to put on and take. Love this color. Have bought another one in a different color.

Perfect staple piece
I love flannel. But find some get too warm when layered up in WI winters. This shirt is perfect on its own, layered over tees, tanks and long sleeves or warn under vest, fleece or cardigan. I can wait to purchase more colors. Fit was relaxed but perfect since I can’t stand tight arms or clingy fabric. Length hit the top of my back pockets
