Great quality, not functional.
Always excellent quality, however, disappointed with the space of the opening. I intended to use this as a lunch carrier but getting leftover containers in/out of the bag is a problem. Also a side cup holder would be a great feature

Not what I was expecting. It’s just an insulated bag. I thought it was more of a knapsack. But it was on sale, which sucked me in. 😢

Nice strap length, weird zipper top
Using this for my high school daughter’s lunch box. She likes the length of the handles and does not use the removable strap. The zipper top is weirdly constructed in our opinion. The interior is roomy, but the zipper top restricts how much you can get in. I think the design of the top could have been better. The insulated tote otherwise works as intended.
