Very Nice Stand but needed small modification
The stand was very nice. Easy to use with the wheels on it. We had to add a board on the bottom to keep the balls in. The stand was built for much larger mallets and balls than our standard sized set.

Not the quality I expected
The wood is fine but the finish is poor and the joints don't line up well, It seams like it came with drywall screws instead of wood screws.

You won't be disappointed!
This is a very nice and simple solution if you need either a new or replacement croquet stand. It is well designed constructed for at-home assembly and goes together very easily (though you must be diligent in lining up the parts correctly.) The step-by-step instructions guide you through the process perfectly. All in all, a beautiful wood stand at a reasonable price.

It needs wheels
I have the croquet set. It's heavy. I would love to have a stand, but we don't leave our set outside so to move this thing is impossible. It needs to have wheels and be mobile.

Assembly Required
Though I found no mention of this in the item description, it arrive unassembled. Disappointed. Would not have purchased had I known this was the case, especially for the price.

Stand Doesn't Hold Older LLBean Mallets
Hi, I love LL Bean generally, but in this case was disappointed. I ordered a replacement stand for a set I purchased around 7 years ago. The new stand's holes are too small to hold the old mallets. I had already set up the stand when I discovered that it is useless and now I don't know what to do with it.
