Great Coat, except for the Velcro
I have depended on LLBean for quality coats and jackets for decades. I'm still wearing my warmup jackets that were purchased 50 years ago. Amazingly they still look like new. Love that!
This coat is warm and comfortable. I appreciate the extra length for cold, windy days and that it is machine washable. Other than the velcro on the flaps of the hood, it is nicely constructed. My experience has been that velcro on clothing is ALWAYS problematic. It sticks to everything and snags the fabric that sticks to. I messed up one brand new sweater already with the velcro on this coat.

Outstanding Coat

Comfortable and warn!
I wore this coat on vacation in -16 degree weather. I get cold easily but this coat kept me so toasty warm even without warm under clothes. It is water resistant and very comfortable to wear.

Unmatched for comfort and warmth
I inherited this coat from my mom who had purchased the wrong size. I was cozy warm and comfy in our frigid Michigan winter whether I was walking the dog, shoveling snow or running errands. My mom got another one in the correct size and even though we look like twins when together, I selfishly only care about my beautiful coat. And it washes up great.

Over-sized
I am petite but still adult-sized. 101 pounds, 5'2 1/2. But this coat, the petite extra small, was still too big for me and waaaay too long. I like the color of the coat, and I really need a coat like this.... oh well
