These are the best shorts ever.
I get nervous every time I can’t find them on the site. Finally I got a pair of shorts that I love that are the most comfortable to wear and I’ve ordered as many as I could please please make sure those are coming back.

Too much plastic
It's my fault for not reading the fabric components, but it's also a shame that I have to. I've been shopping at L.L. Bean for decades, preferring 100% cotton, wool, and silk. Unless I have a specific need for technical, wicking garments (and even then I prefer wool), I don't like plastic against my skin. It seems that Bean is transitioning toward fabrics with higher percentages of polyester and lyrcra, as these shorts contain only 59% cotton. Yes, these felt super soft out of the bag, but based on 38% polyester, they will pill and feel rough within a wash or two and won't last more than one season before looking ratty. Returned.
