Will be great gloves for next winter.
I needed new gloves, and have a strong preference for down. My hands are thick and these will need a little breaking in but that is normal for me. I really like them.

Nice lightweight gloves
I wanted something compact and light but warm and waterproof for backpacking. These fit those criteria except I haven't tested the waterproof aspect yet. I know there are gloves with long gauntlets but I wanted something more compact so chose these. The glove material is soft and flexible, I got them in large which is the usual gloves size I get and found them slightly tight but okay. You might want to get a size larger then normal if you like extra room in your gloves or want to wear a liner for extra warmth.

Best gloves I’ve owned in a long time!
Great pair of gloves that keep my hands warm while I use my snowblower (live in the San Bernardino Mountains at 5200 ft in CA). Durable & a perfect fit (X-large). Would highly recommend.

Warm in 30 degree weather
I bought them for someone-so I asked him how he liked the gloves. He is 75, 6’ tall. He says gloves kept him warm and when he went out to shovel they were comfortable. I thought a little expensive but as everyone says these days “hasn’t the price of everything gone up”. Sad but truth.
