Runs small
It seems to run small, I bought the large so I could wear a sweater or sweatshirt underneath and it’s a bit tight in the shoulders, I have the Baxter state parka also and I feel it’s warmer and the fit is better

Warm but bad pockets
I like the length and warmth of this coat. It’s good in the wind. It doesn’t penetrate the fabric, but I have to echo what others have said, the pockets are too shallow and the snaps are hard to do. Please stick to zippers LLBEAN!

Great Jacket. I'm Keeping It!
I waited a couple years before I ordered this Parka and so far I've been very pleased with my purchase. I tried the coat on at the store to make sure the fit was right since I needed a petite size and then ordered it in the Kelp Green color which arrived at my home in less than week. The XS gave me enough room to layer with a heavier sweatshirt underneath and the length is perfect for running errands or keeping me warm when taking a walk on a cool or windy day. I've had no problems with the zipper. My only disappointment is the size of the pockets as previous reviews have mentioned. The pockets could definitely be bigger, even if it's just to accommodate a cellphone, keys or a wallet. The jacket is a heavier weight but works fine for flying and travel. I gave it 4 stars only because of the pocket size. We'll see how warm and dry it keeps me this winter.

Returned It For Two Main Reasons
The first reason I returned it is that the pockets are too shallow. You could not safely keep your keys or wallet there or warm your hands. The second reason it that it is not as warm as claimed. I was too cold in 35 degree weather.
