Rated 5 out of 5 by snapperblue from amazing! warm, silky, comfy. Other reviews describe this blanket as "soft." All fleece is soft- this blanket is silky, velvety soft. I have not been able to separate myself from it with a sheet- I have on top of the bed and wrap it around me as I read and, while I sleep, around my neck and shoulders. It is very warm for those purposes, but probably not warm enough (for me) as the only blanket in a cold room. Many fleece products reach out into the air to grab passing dog hairs- this one is hair-free despite the fact that my dog sleeps on it whenever she can. Probably one of the favorite purchases of my life! They should make a throw of this material.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Susan09 from Best Christmas Gift My 11 yr old grandson wanted high thread count sheets and a feather bed for Christmas. He told me that he likes to be comfortable. His parents had already taken care of those items. I purchased the Wicked Cozy Blanket, in Queen size for him. When he unwrapped it everyone wanted to feel it. He carried it about, and everyone had the response "the softest blanket ever", and it truly is. My grandson loves his blanket. They stayed in a nice NY Hotel for a few days, and stopped to see me on there way home. My grandson said the bed was terrible, mattress was too hard, sheets were not soft enough and his blanket was not close to being Wicked Cozy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MidwestLLBeanShopper from Full/Queen too small for Queen bed These are wonderful blankets. I ordered three— two for queen beds and one for full bed. The blanket is lacking about 6 inches in width for the queen beds. It does not reach the lower edge of the top mattress. The full bed worked out perfectly. I would not order these for s queen bed in the Full/Queen size unless you are prepared to be disappointed. It would have taken so little effort for LLBean to have had this made properly. The blanket itself is made of very soft material. However, I can not make the bed properly for the queen beds. Too much trouble to send back, and am just trying to warn other customers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MirandaT from Good color and soft, but too short for King bed The blanket is soft and a perfect color in raven navy. The side overhang is OK but not particularly generous. The blanket's real problem is that it is too short to adequately tuck in at foot of King sized bed. It "untucks" just about every night. Putting it under another longer blanket with adequate tuck-in length has been our remedy - but isn't completely satisfactory. LLB makes all its blankets 108" long - no matter what the bed size. This does not address the differences among beds and their varying lengths. King and Queen beds run about 5" longer than Full size and bedding for them should be sized accordingly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MirandaT from Soft, light and warm - almost perfect. The raven blue is a beautiful blue/black navy. The nature of the fabric is that the nap does show directional differences when you smooth the blanket. One thing that I would suggest to LLB is that the blanket be made a bit wider so that it can tuck in better at the foot of the bed. If the long dimension used for tuck-in there is not enough overhang on the sides. If it is used with the long dimension width-wise for overhang/warmth then the tuck-in at the foot of the bed is shy 4-6" to keep from getting kicked out when sleeping. BTW - our mattress is a Tempurpedic and not particularly thick. Otherwise - lovely blanket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by evgeneia from Amazingly soft! I recently purchased this, and couldn't be happier! It's so amazingly soft, I don't want to stop touching it! I purchased both this and the Thermal Zone Fleece Blanket, but never even got the Thermal Zone fleece out of the package--after feeling this one, the other felt like sandpaper. I've washed this per laundry guidelines and there was no lint in the dryer--not even a little bit. I've been sleeping with it for a week, and have had no shedding. I seriously look forward to going to bed every night so I can sleep with this blanket-lol! I only wish it came in a truer blue color. I have the seagrass, it's its more of an aqua blue. But because the blanket is so awesome--I'll overlook the imperfect color (only imperfect for my bedroom--it's a really pretty color).

Rated 5 out of 5 by AnnLW from Warm, soft, met expectations Though I have only used this for a week, so far I am completely satisfied. I have placed it on top of two lower quality blankets on my bed, and it seems to seal in the warmth without adding too much. It washed up beautifully without leaving lint in the dryer. I used a very low delicate setting on the dryer (but chose not to go the "no heat" route, knowing it would just never get dry), and it came out looking like new. All the stitching and finishing is excellent. I'm puzzled by some of the other reviewers who had issues and would encourage anyone experiencing those problems to contact customer support. I really like this blanket!

Rated 4 out of 5 by PetXtraSmall from Truly Cozy Ordered a twin but I'm not worrying about exact size because I'm using it on a recliner chair to stay in after surgery next week. The blanket is so incredibly soft and beautiful, it's like animal fur, and it's thick and much heavier than ordinary polartec fleece products. I expect to be comfy cozy for sure. I haven't washed it yet so can't comment on linting, but 2 throws of a similar material from Beans linted horribly even before washing and had to be sent back. They were made and sewn in China. This blanket material is from China but the tag says it was sewn in the USA, so I hope it'll perform better. The edge seams look very well done.
