        Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for travel I purchased this specifically for a 10 day trip to Spain in early April: Madrid, Granada, Barcelona. The long range weather forecast was for temperatures ranging between 45 and 65 Fahrenheit with only a 30% chance of rain. I flew there overnight. So I wanted a versatile, lightweight, full zip hoodie that I could wear over any kind of shirt and sleep in plus wear a under a nano vest and or windbreaker and still remove and tie around my waist when the temps warmed up. I also wanted zippered pockets. I got all that. I wore it every day. The only thing I can think of to improve it would be to have the capacity to cinch or snug up the waist in windy conditions. As designed it hangs loosely which was no problem on this trip.

I did not have to jump size to xxl just to get the right tall sizes sleeve length, and live with looking like I was wearing a balloon. This is not always true with LL Bean tall sizes. This item is versatile, comfortable and even layers well.
