    We've made the chino more comfortable than ever, in soft-washed cotton chambray with stretch for ease. In a versatile ankle style with a drawstring elastic waist that's easy to pull on and looks great too.

    It’s not easy to make a classic even better, but we did. First, we added a touch of stretch to traditional cotton and washed it for exceptional softness and ease. Then, we added a full elastic waistband for comfort worthy of lounging and style ready for any occasion.

I first purchased a 6 Petite and found the rise uncomfortable so I returned them for a 6 Regular. I will sometimes do this and then shorten the item. The regular size was more comfortable in the rise so i decided to keep them. I'm giving them 4 stars because they are not really a summer weight and a bit more fitted than I would like but still a nice casual pant. I wore them on a recent trip to Florida and they were fine with temps in the high 70's - low 80's. I am still on the lookout for a really lightweight, looser pant for the summer. Maybe the washable linen pants that Beans offers.
