This is the 3rd item I’ve purchased from LL Bean where the fabric pills terribly over time. When I realized that the first hoodie that we got from LL Bean pilled, I contacted LL Bean. Their response was “we’ll make note of this”. I have shoes from LL Bean that’s lasted 8 years. Almost every sweatshirt and hoodie, I’ve purchased from LL bean has pilled. I’m so sad they don’t stand behind their products.
