My typical size is a small (5'6" 123 lbs.), but they were sold out in the small, so I went with the extra small and it fit great. I like that it doesn't look bulky, and that it covers my rear. To note, I have a smaller upper body, so if you are heavier on top you might find it snug. Perfect for me!
