Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mock-Neck Jacket I LOVE this jacket so much that I bought the lighter colored one too ! They are my go-to jackets for around the house, outside and on errands and just about anywhere , especially on chilly days . They wash and go in the drier with no shrinkage. My only complaint is the zipper. I have a real hard time feeding the right and left halves together - even my husband has trouble. The problem seems to me that the right half is so close to the fabric we can't see it well enough to feed them. I usually keep it on all the time so I don't have to go through all that. They don't look good unzipped. Any LLBean suggestions ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect for gym & leisure This is the ideal zip-up sweatshirt for wearing to the gym (as a layer over your work-out clothes) or just hanging around the house. The material is super soft and very comfy. Pockets are a handy extra. I am 5'3" and fairly petite but very large busted and this fits me perfectly. (I opted for the regular rather than the petite size because I wanted fuller coverage over gym clothes, and I roll back the cuffs a bit.) I liked it so much I have bought three of them in different colors -- it's one of those basics I never want to be without. I have been a Bean customer for some 40 years and oddly enough this is one of the single favorite items I have ever bought from you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I ADORE THIS JACKET! I was thrilled to find this item again. Purchased my first one about 18 months ago in light blue and cream stripe. Found it again in navy and white stripe. This jacket is just right for casual wear. It's super soft and comfy and protects me during our very windy and chilly days. It doesn't wrinkle when in a suitcase or on the front seat of my car. Washes beautifully - zipped, inside out on gentle cycle -cold water. Dry flat on a towel. I especially appreciate that the zipper keeps its integrity after washing! (Some zippers shrink differently than the body of the garment, which causes a "buckling" effect.) This jacket doesn't snag, fray or pill/pile. I get many compliments and refer them to LL.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from MIXED REVIEWS Last fall I got this great lightweight jacket in navy with white stripes. I love it and get much use from it. I liked it so well I ordered another white with pale gray stripes. However, it is made from an entirely different material. After one washing the collar bunched up and the material around the zipper was puckered. I ironed it with a steam iron and it looks better. I wear it around the house, but was disappointed. I am a long time LL Bean customer, and this item was the first disappointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally a hoodless, full- zip sweatshirt! I have been looking for a long time for a full zip sweatshirt without a hood and finally found this one. I now have two and another on order. I love it. It is super soft, looks great and is my go-to item for a little extra warmth. It washes well. I ordered a petite medium because I have a short torso. Usually the sleeves in this size are too short, but these were the perfect length for me. I only wish there were colors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super Soft and Cozy Jacket! This is an amazingly soft lightweight jacket, it almost feels like fleece. I live in Florida so this is about all I need in the wintertime. I like how easy the pockets are. The only thing I don't like is that I feel like the fit is fairly boxy in the torso. I ordered a small, I could have gone for the XS but it's on backorder and it would have been an inconvenience. I would have preferred a more feminine cut in the middle area. Otherwise, I love the navy stripes, so classic and comfortable. This is a win for me!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice summer jacket This is a nice jacket, lightweight enough to enjoy summer evenings outside, comfortable and stretchy, relaxed. I was looking for a full zip, not "hoodie" jacket and really do like this one. However, as other reviewers have said, the zipper is awful. Hopefully LLB is listening and will have that replaced on their next iteration. Also, please, add a loop for hanging it up (for a Maine, Life on a Lake company... I can't believe there's no loop for hanging on a peg!). Given a choice, I would also prefer a solid color option, something w/out stripes, but that's a nit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Uncomfortably short sleeves I like the color I ordered (pomegranate heather/navy), and the material; but the sizing is ridiculous in terms of the sleeves. This is supposed to have long sleeves (see the model above). But the sleeves on me come only to nearly an inch above my wrist bone. While I'm reasonably tall I don't have exceptionally long arms; but I'm increasingly finding that LL Bean shirts, and items like this, have sleeves either just a little, or somewhat more than a little, too short -- more than enough to make you feel like you have to keep pulling your sleeves down. Uncomfortable and unkeepable. And increasingly annoying. I think LL Bean is cutting corners, more and more. That can be done, almost imperceptibly at first, by shaving off a fraction of an inch from the sleeves, or the bottom. Do that a few times, though, and you've got a problem -- which LL Bean clearly does.
