        Rated 2 out of 5 by from High hopes, disappointed I like the color, faded sage, and the comfort. It’s soft and does not itch. I have had this now for three months and am extremely disappointed in it. The yarn pulls easily and sags, especially in the pocket area. The pockets add an extra layer to the stomach, that combined with the sagging look unflattering. The arm length is about 1-2 inches too short. IF, you were to buy this I would recommend sizing up, going for slightly oversized. Then maybe the arm length would be normal and the pockets might lie flat. The similar style item, but in a sweatshirt material is one of my favorites right now. Pass on this and grab one of those!

        Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great to wear with leggings I usually wear a medium size comfortably. I was looking for a sweater which hits around the lower part of my hips, to wear with leggings. After reading the comments about sleeve length, I decided to try a large. It's perfect! I have long arms, and these sleeves fall just below my wrist, so even with arm movement, the sleeves still fully cover my arms. My shoulders are a little wider too, and the shoulder seam placement is perfect. It you are looking for a fitted look, this may not be the way to go for you, but for me, up-sizing for a relaxed look worked exactly as I had hoped it would. Can't wait to wear it with leggings and boots!

        Rated 1 out of 5 by from Major difference between size and color I purchased this sweater in beige, size med. at the store in ME. Loved it, got lots of compliments. Purchased the wine color online, size med. Same sweater but there is a major difference in the sizing between the two sweaters. As you can see from the pictures provided, they are not even close to the same size. I can wear the beige with jeggings but the wine color is too short to wear with jeggings. I’ll be returning the wine colored sweater but not sure if I should try another medium or go for the large. At my height and weight I shouldn’t need to buy a large.

        Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go to sweater I waited until I wore this a few times and washed it to write the review. I love the medium weight fisherman's weave. It washed well and retained it's shape and feel. I dried it flat and tossed it on low for a few minutes. It is great with jeans and boots, but easy enough to dress up with black slacks for an easy day at the office. I will probably buy the second color. I am 5'8" and app 145 lbs. A medium fit me perfectly. It has a tad longer length than the traditional fisherman sweater and I liked that a lot as I have a bit of a long torso area. Good job LL bean.

        Rated 4 out of 5 by from Kangaroo Pocket The only significant drawback to this appealing and flattering sweater (I like the UNexaggerated funnelneck with the drawstring very much) is that silly pocket. Like the earlier reviewer, I find that it's clumsy. If I stand straight and don't move, the pocket remain flat and in place; otherwise, it bunches up. I find the sweater does run large, and I'd have preferred it with a tighter weave. I returned it, but with misgivings because I liked it otherwise...very much. Certainly the sweater could have been modified to have less intrusive pockets. (5'3"/105)

        Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beige Color was not accurate I love the quality of this sweater however - I ordered the "Beige" color and online it actually looks Creamy which is what I wanted. Upon receiving it I was definitely disappointed in the color - in person the "Beige" is actually more of an "Oatmeal" in case you really want a Cream sweater like I did. Also size-wise I ordered a SMALL based on reviews of someone with my measurements and because I have broad shoulders and a bit larger bust the small was definitely too tight and would need a medium. Otherwise the style and quality of the sweater is very good.

        Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the design; fit could be better Pros: Beautiful sweater! Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the collar; a funnel neck that doesn’t have too much fabric to drape down or get in the way, and so stylish! Stitching is timeless and gorgeous too. Got a complement the first time I wore it. Cons: Wish it had a touch of spandex to stop it from sagging and stretching out at the elbows. Also wish the cut was shorter in the torso but a tad longer in the sleeves. I have a short torso and long arms so it could just be me, but it hangs too long (below hip line) and I wish I could hem it up to right at mid-hip. Also while I love the kangaroo pocket, it does create a little extra bulk in the lower midsection, which is an area I’d rather not have extra bulk.

        Rated 5 out of 5 by from ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, BUT ... I purchased the Signature Cotton Funnelneck Sweater in small regular in Beige. I am really fussy about fit, style, comfort and quality of material. With regard to fit, style, comfort and quality of material, this was a five star for me. However, the Beige looks like a light cream in the picture. When I received it, it was actually a Taupe color, much darker than pictured. It is not a good color for me at all. I don't care for the other colors either. So, sadly, I returned this - again, only because I did not like the color. If they ever come out with a color that I like, I will definitely be buying it. I highly recommend this sweater. If you like the colors being offered, I say give it a try!
