    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Decent quality but poor fit. This shirt might be the final straw for me to stop buying clothes from LL Bean. While the quality of the shirt seems decent, I find the sizing and fit of LL Bean clothes to be frustrating. There is far too much inconsistency with LL Bean's sizing and fit. For this shirt in particular I'm frustrated with how short the sleeves are, even though I ordered a Tall size. In nearly every other brand I can wear a regular large, but for this shirt I ordered a Medium Tall. The body of the shirt fits well enough, but the sleeves are super short. The body of the shirt clearly has the extra length of a tall size, but somehow the sleeves are like 2 inches too short.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft, comfortable, looks great I bought this for my son who doesn't like collars; they annoy his neck. He needed something to wear with chinos that was dressier than a tee shirt and less dressy than a blazer, and I gave this a shot. He loves it. The collar feels gentle enough for him, he looks fantastic in it, and it washes well. He's 5' 8 1/2 and likes shirts on the big side. I bought the large, which he wears untucked with khakis (beige pants, navy shirt). It's perfect for high school senior dress casual - award ceremonies, college visits, etc. Don't be put off though - an adult would look equally and concurrently attractive and preppy. Just take it out of the dryer faster than my son does...eventually it will wrinkle. Wholly recommend.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Missing a button I blame myself for not noticing it in the pictures, but there is only one button where there should be two! There is the button at the top nobody buttons on a pullover, and where there should be two the rest of the way down there is only one. It looks ridiculously cheap when you put it on. For 50 bucks Bean can't put 3 buttons on these things? I just paid $8.59 for a loaf of bread so I get it. Everything is expensive any more but I find this beyond acceptable. I hope the penny or two Bean saved was worth losing most of my business. I wear their no-wrinkle long sleeved Henley T-shirts four or five times a week. THOSE have three buttons and for my money are a lot more comfortable than these. Except of course you can't get them in yellow, or most shades of green. Even Goodwill has three buttons on their pullovers! For crying out loud, L.L. Get your poop in a group.
