        Our most technical ski jacket combines the lightweight warmth of our Primaloft jacket with a wind- and waterproof shell, keeping even the most adventurous kids warm and dry. Zip the two layers together or wear them separately for all-day protection.

        Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great coat but watch out for that zipper! Great jacket… well made and nice quality fabric. Hood has plenty of room for a helmet. Overall happy but for a kids jacket, at this price point, it has a few flaws. The zipper is very hard to pull up and down. My 9 year old has an hard time with it and so do I! And the top of the zipper, which has a fabric cover, rubs up against my sons chin. He had cuts on his chin after a day of skiing. He’s never had this issue with any other ski coat. This coat will last, and my son is very happy with it, but I think llbean can make a few design tweaks to make this 5 stars!

It seems thin, but he wore it today after the snowstorm to play outside, the temperature was about 33 degrees and he was warm enough. He has also warn it to school on very cold days and did not complain of being cold.

        Rated 2 out of 5 by from Has some major flaws. Really like that the inner part can be used on its own, but the outer shell zipper sticks all the time, so much so that my 9 year old can't zip it up all the way. Also, the hood is really big.

No complaints about being cold or wet and am glad there's a ski pass pocket on the sleeve and that the hood is compatible with a helmet. Good buy!
