Better than basic, this essential women's performance T-shirt has both comfort and style, on or off the trail.
Size & Fit
- Slightly Fitted: Softly shapes the body.
- Falls at hip.
Why We Love It
Why settle for basic? This technical tee has all the performance you need for hiking in comfort, plus sweet style you'll want to keep on when you've left the trail. Synthetic polyester slub looks and feels like cotton, yet wicks moisture and dries quickly for lasting comfort on even the longest trail. With two-way stretch, it gives when you move. Feminine details include scoop neckline and pretty ruching along the raglan seams.
Fabric & Care
- Slub poly-blend fabric.
- Machine wash and dry.

Rated 3 out of 5 by cgraettinger from Pills a lot I loved these shirts at first. They are so comfortable, fit beautifully, and the colors are attractive. I could wear them almost anywhere and they made for a good-looking outfit. I purchased my first couple of colors 5 months ago. This morning, I noticed the one I was wearing had pills all over it. Little pills, so from a distance they're not noticeable. But up close they are, and they now look old and worn out because of the pilling. I don't feel as though I can wear these out in public now. They will be relegated to working around the house and in the garden. I'm so sad about this, these were my favorite shirts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by DebinMD from Petites Needed in Active Clothing Please LLBean offer Petite sizes in Active Clothing! I have this shirt from last year. I love this shirt. It's very nice looking, it's soft, light and breathes well. I'm 5 foot 3 inches and 124 pounds. A lot of the active shirts are long in length. On my short frame this shirt falls to my upper thighs. I've had to cut off 2-3 inches of fabric and hem it to make it work for me. There are no Petite sizes offered in any of the Active Clothing. Please LLBean, we short girls like to be active too! I'd love to order at least 2 more of these shirts for spring and summer. Please offer Petite sizes in your Active Clothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AverageJane from Nice fit, great colors! Glad to find a workout shirt that provides enough coverage while still looking good. I always wear size M in LLBean shirts, and this is no exception, although their athletic shirts that say "slightly fitted" seem to be more fitted than casual shirts that are "slightly fitted". I'm a large-busted (34 D), broad-shouldered woman, and the medium fits close through the chest and shoulders and arms, but is just loose enough in the middle so it's not clingy. The large fit a bit looser in the bust, which was nice, but then the body of it was just sloppily big. So, I'll be keeping the medium, and ordering a medium in another color as well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Glampergal from My new go-to tee! Really pleased with this top - I now own three! I like that it doesn't scream "fitness top" but has the perks of being one (i.e. wicking fabric, easy wash and dry, etc.). Fabric feels like comfy cotton on the skin instead of the synthetics that most fitness tops are. I wear these for dog walks, for work when traveling, and for casual weekend wear. It looks and feels like a nicely fitted, detailed tshirt. Plus, I like that the llbean logo is discreet and not noticeable - I don't like being a walking advertisement. Yes, the citron color would show a dark bra underneath, but it's not see through and wearing a nude or skin- colored bra is fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GroverCat from fav hot weather shirt I hate heat but work and play outdoors regardless, and this is the first shirt I grab--cool and soft with imperceptible stretch: it simply never binds. Washes easily and dries rapidly without wrinkles--no dryer needed. Feminine styling makes it cute under my linen shirt, and I've also slept in it while camping. It will develop a slight "fuzz" after long wear, but since it's a slub-cotton look, I don't mind. On my wishlist: a fitness shirt (preferably this one) with a slightly longer sleeve. I know LLB needs to appeal to women younger than I, but I'm not the only one who would buy scads of these if I could wear them comfortably "in public" and not just on the trail or in the barn.

Rated 5 out of 5 by themidge from Perfect for travel and fitness This is exactly what I have been looking for - it doubles as a regular tee and yet is moisture-wicking for working out and walking. It will be great for travel as it does not look at all like a fitness tee. I am 5'0", with a chest of 37" - the medium is perfect and the neck is not too low. Although it is probably longer on me than on others, it is not too long. I bought one in the teal and one in the bright red ... great colors ... am considering the white although not sure if it will be too see through. The colored ones are not ... the material is lovely, kind of like a cotton slub. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by marshopper from Best t shirt ever I have at least 4 or 5 of these shirts, in lots of colors, liked the bright green best. No longer have this color, next best is white then pale blue. Anyway, I have never had a shirt that has lasted 5 years, washes up well and dry in dryer with no shrinking, using a little heat or air dry. Dry fast ready to go! No pills, thinning fabric, and looks brand new after many washes. I wear it for heavy exercise, yoga, walking or just sitting around. Falls at mid hip, nice length for all uses. In winter layer under sweaters or sweatshirt. Wear to bed in larger size. I can't think of anything else to say. It may be pricey, but you will never wear it out. In 10 years you can use it as a dust rag! Yay LL Bean.

Rated 4 out of 5 by kittygirl from yes I love it, yes it pills I like it so much better than a plain t-shirt! The white color is too sheer but the light blue is fine. I have only had mine 3 months and it has pilled but so far it doesn't look bad to me. However, kind of expensive to have any wear at this point. The style is great. The slight gather (ruching) at the shoulders dresses it up. My 3 shirts are not badly sewn. Kind of large around the hips but it is OK. I am buying one in another color today. The fabric has a nice feel, a good weight, a nice drape and it doesn't wrinkle. But please LL Bean, bring in a better quality fabric that doesn't pill.
