      Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY DISAPPOINTED - SHARP METAL BURRS ON HANDLE & Bought this for my granddaughter. In assembling, I find several sharp metal burrs on the sled handle that could easily cut a hand. Additionally, the pre-drilled holes to attach the wooden shaft were misaligned. I corrected with metal filing and a steel bit drill but not what I expected from LL Bean. WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL? This is pretty basic stuff that even a little attention to detail should have caught. I buy from LL Bean with the thought that they contract from manufacturers that will produce products of quality and reflective of the LL Bean reputation. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in this case.

      Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great sled, bad handle Had this wonderful sled when my children were small so was very excited to get it for my grandkids, LL Bean always has the best products! Sled is same amazing quality but, my very handy engineer husband found that the screw holes didn’t line up making it impossible to attach the handle. Spoke with LL Bean rep on the phone several weeks ago, still awaking a response. Meanwhile, pulling sled around using a dog leash!

      Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the toddler sled! My little boy just LOVES his sled. It slides well on the snow, and keeps him from falling out the back or sides because of the bent rails around it. I just wish that the metal on the wood runners was a strip of metal. It's just a heavy gauge wire that runs down the middle of the runners. It helps it track so it doesn't slide sideways, but it won't protect the wood from getting worn out. I might replace it someday with something more protective.

      Rated 2 out of 5 by from Kid's pull sled with handle I felt the workmanship was not up to Bean standards. Rough areas on the wooden slats where my grandson would place his hands. Replacement was slightly better but still rough. My daughter opted to keep it, even though I protested it.
