Rated 5 out of 5 by JL255 from Great Sweater My new favorite sweater. Very soft and flattering fit. Nice length at lower thighs. Soft enough to wear by itself but also looks good over t-shirt. Doesn't look too bulky even though it's warm. I have a bit of a tire around my middle and this sweater somehow makes me look slimmer. One reviewer said she returned it because it shed a lot. I only found that the first time I wore it and after washing, it is not a problem. It's so lovely and soft. I originally bought the neutral color and decided I had to also get this in indigo. Love them both. My 13-year-old hip grand daughter admired and commented on the sweater.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mjmom75 from Absolute Best! Bring them back! I love these sweaters, and this is my 3rd! They have to be hung to dry, and sort of look like a little fur with the cotton after washing, but are super warm and comfy. They are sized a little big, but I like that. I sized up to wear tshirts under and have plenty of room. I would assume they would shrink if thrown in the dryer being cotton, but don't know for sure. I know they were redesigned this year, but just love these originals and would love more plus colors (more plus choices in general-I have shopped Bean at every age and size for 35 years and want more styles in larger sizes!!!!). Great sweater!!! Especially at a discount price!

Rated 3 out of 5 by deneen from so disappointed beautiful sweater-size, color, quality. however, there was a "medium" sticker affixed to the chest, which i took a corner of and pulled off- it lifted all the sweater fibers beneath it into a fuzzy patch. it looks terrible- maybe if it weren't right over the breast i could pull it off and wear it out, but it looks so weird and awful now. the sticker- it was almost superglued on, i couldn't believe it from llbean. it was like a sticker from the dollar store that you need to scrape off with a razor blade. really disappointed, wanted to wear the sweater this weekend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by larb4u from Wanted to Love but Disappointed! I wanted to love this sweater and I did when I first got it! It was so soft and I loved the color. It was so comfortable and fit perfect. Then, I washed it. I did exactly what the directions told me to do. I washed it on delicate in cold water and put it flat to dry. When I went to wear it again, I found it had a hole in it already! It had come apart after one wearing and one wash! I was so disappointed!! This is not the quality that I expect from LL Bean, definitely not at the price you pay for this item. I wouldn't buy this one even though it is so pretty and soft when you first see it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Abbeyroad from Cotton Ragg Sweater, Marled I bought this on a whim because I thought it would go well with jeans, and it quickly become my favorite sweater. It is soft and warm and launders very well. The neckline is very comfortable and looks good plain or with a blouse underneath. It is fitted enough to be flattering, but not tight. I would love to see it in more colors like a dusty olive or gray. I've worn it all winter and now into our cool rainy spring. It's the one I reach for when I want to feel "cozy."

Rated 3 out of 5 by COPISTI from Not a good fit. This sweater is not as long as it appears to be in the photos. The photos would have you believe that this sweater will nearly cover your butt, which is what I wanted in nice cozy sweater. In reality, it comes only to the waist (and I am short-waisted, so go figure). I chose the recommended size from the sizing chart (a medium) and received a squatty little sweater with arms that are about 3" shorter than they should be. It seems like a nice warm sweater and appears well-made but I am extremely disappointed in the fit. It makes me feel like a orangutan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DCCityMouse from Comfy simple pullover I was happy to find this sweater because I wanted a simple pullover for spring weather. This sweater is comfy and the quality is good. (I had stopped ordering from LLBean for a while because of a drastic drop in the quality of their clothing. So I'm happy to see that their quality is back where it should be.) The sweater is very soft. I ordered a medium, and it's comfortably loose on me (I'm 5'4", 130 lbs). I didn't notice any problems at all with washing the sweater, as other reviewers have mentioned.

Rated 4 out of 5 by booklove9852 from Comfy sweater, not a perfect fit I tried on multiple sizes in this sweater in store and settled on a XS (I'm 5'3", 120 lbs). I love the material and the colors - so beautiful and comfortable to wear. It is cozy and soft and not itchy or too hot at all. My only complaint is that it's a little baggy. If you are just looking for a casual, cozy sweater it's really cute, but it is not going to be form fitting! I still love it and wear it baggy because I like how it looks, but if you want something tighter, this probably isn't for you. I'm not very tall, but the sleeves and length are very nice.
