Rated 4 out of 5 by wsking from Don't buy Petite I bot three of these cashmere blend sweaters in petite medium and have had the same problem with all of them. I washed them very gently by hand in cold water and Woolite. And block dried them on towels on the floor. All of them have shrunk in the arms and are now very tight across the body and in the arms. The arms shrank in length as well! A real disappointment as they are way too expensive to do that. So I recommend that you do NOT buy the Petite. Instead, buy the Regular because it should be more comfortable after it shrinks. If you are very busty, buy a size up for a more relaxed and flattering fit. I don't like a very tight fit and my throat is being strangled now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by HappyCampter from Great Sweater ~ So Soft! This sweater is nice and soft. I like the turtleneck on it a lot; it comes way up and helps with warmth. Some people commented that it's difficult to pull over the head but I didn't find that to be true at all. Very stretchy ~ very easy to pull on. It's not a heavyweight sweater and I would love to have a tight longsleeved silk undershirt to put with it. I just wear another sweater over the top. Some people have commented that it sits close to the body ~ and it does. If you carry extra weight in the tummy, you might not think it's becoming. The colors are very nice. Was grateful to get it on sale.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JATShopper from Beautiful sweater I just purchased this sweater and wore it for the first time over the Thanksgiving holiday. This is now my favorite sweater and I recommend that you grab it before they sell out. The pattern is beautiful and very flattering and can be worn with dress pants or jeans. The fabric is so soft and breathable so you do not get over heated in it. I wore it on the plane back from a recent trip and never had the hot/cold changes that you get when you are on a plane( hot when boarding, cold when they start circulating the air), it was so comfortable the entire trip. It washes nicely and the color is beautiful, not too bright and not dull. This is going to be my go to sweater for a long time, thanks LLB for making such a classy, well made sweater.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pokeyclown from Pick of the Season:FairIsle,Fair Weather,FairPrice This Fair Isle Turtleneck sweater is my Pick of the Season - for it's subtle Winter coloration, for its couturier fit, and for its mercifully low price. The Fair Isle pattern keeps to the Scottish tradition of "5 or so colours"; in this case, Burgundy, Dark Cranberry, Cream, and Black rest upon a background of Light Grey Heather. The fit of my XS Petite comes as close to couture as I've ever been or will be - it seems to have been knitted especially for me: perfect sleeve length, perfect overall length, perfect slim fit. And perfect fabric for the West coast, cotton/cashmere (95/5). (But I wouldn't mind if it were all cotton.)It looks great with grey pants - jeans for the West, wool for the East. And the price is as low as it gets. Note: my XS Petite falls shorter than some currently longer styles. This is great for me at 4'11", even though I'm long-waisted. The fit itself seems closer too, than the usual XSP - more like a Signature XXS. I love it that way, but be forewarned that some may prefer Regular over Petite or a roomier size. The model's photo looks like she sized up. In the front view, there are some extra rolls of fabric, as if it could be pulled down more. My XSP did not have extra fabric, it just fit perfectly, coming higher on my hip. And her sleeves look roomier than mine. The rear view shows the sweater covering her pants pockets. Mine only covers the top 1-inch of the pockets (Charcoal True-Shape, Classic Fit Jeans) I can only review the sweater that was sent to me in the size that I ordered. That's all I have to go on. I love everything about it. Fair Isle, Fair Weather, Fair Price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by sueblue from My favorite turtleneck Love the navy blue colors and had to have it. Ordered petite small at first because that was the size of the 5 other cotton/cashmere sweaters I have from LLBean. This printed one ran smaller so gave to my daughter and ordered petite medium for me. Fits perfectly and I am busty. Washes easily cold water, gentle cycle, and drape over chair to dry. No problems, love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by MrsNorris from beautiful but a tad itchy This review is for anyone who, like me, is sensitive to anything other than 100% cotton sweaters. This sweater is indeed gorgeous and well made. However, I was kind of surprised that the fabric is a bit itchy; I overlooked the 5% cashmere when I ordered it, thinking I wouldn't notice. I definitely notice it. If you are AT ALL sensitive to itchy fabrics, you might not like this sweater. If it doesn't bother you, then I highly recommend this beautiful sweater!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nettie from Average Quality This turtleneck is very pretty and fits well once I get it over my head. The neck is small and has little give. I have an average head, but the stitching popped when I took it off the first time I wore it. It has never even been washed! I tried to stretch it slightly so as not to rub make-up on the fabric, and the thread broke in two places. I like it, so I mended it and hope it will hold. (The regular turtlenecks never have this problem.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by nonna from Fair Isle sweater navy My preference is to have a sweater drapey/loose, hence the larger size for my body. This one was purchased several months ago as a between season sweater to perk up plain blue jeans. The turtle neck is not droopy, stays up. The hip band is fitted....my favorite kind of look, love it. I have an LG washer and just program what seems appropriate. I never machine dry my sweaters but I do use the drier to air blow them a bit and then shape and hanger to dry. No issues at all ever.
