Rated 4 out of 5 by Ilovetotakepictures from Comfy top, nice colors I ordered the quarry gray and raw indigo colors. Very lightweight, lighter even than expected, but that's a good thing since I live in Florida. Sleeves are about an inch too long for me, but I can push them up. XL is roomy enough that I can layer over a t-shirt when needed. I agree with other reviews - the logo is TOO prominent. A smaller logo would be more appropriate on women's tops. Out of the package and on a hanger, the very loose kangaroo pocket hangs below the hem of the top, even with nothing in the pocket - Yuck! I like the tops otherwise, so I may try to tighten up the pocket fabric with a stitch or 2 at the top of the pocket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Iamnonna from Great pullover I already had this item in the indigo blue heather and love it so I decided to order additional colors. The red currant isn't like the color pictured - it is basically orange. The quarry grey is a light grey. The pullover itself is great - very lightweight and very warm. The big front pocket is great to keep phone, keys, tissues etc. The fit is good-a t-shirt fits comfortably underneath it and it washes and looks like new after several launderings. I normally wear a size 8-10 and a medium fit perfectly. It fits like all other L.L. Bean size mediums. I would definitely recommend this item.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ellie from Stylish and Comfortable I love this top. I ordered in several colors. Last year I purchased two of them and ordered and have worn an X-Large. Suddenly upon looking at myself in mirror I realized that I am tinier then I thought and the tops looked a little big on me. Everyone complements me when I wear them so I ordered a few this year in the Large and the fit is much better. I will say that the only negative is the inner lining of the pocket tends to peek out from the bottom so I simply took needle and thread and stitched the inside by folding up an inch or so, being careful to maintain a smooth look from the outside. Now they are perfect!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bromelia from Wanted to love it... The fit is great (for tall medium/size 12). It's light in weight and makes a good layer, for example in a cool house or in moderate outside temps. The front pocket is nice too. However, I'm not happy with it. It came with fold creases, front and back, from the packaging which haven't disappeared, even after several washings. That makes me suspicious about the fabric and its origins/handling. And then the baffling on the sleeves seems to be stretching and is less crisp then it should be. I might keep it if I'd gotten it on sale, but it hasn't lived up to the expectations for best quality. Back it goes, and back to fleeces and puffs for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sqwimmer from Quality, light weight, comfy Ordered petite medium, which is size I normally wear. It fit well, except for the arm width. I find that many tops are being made with narrow arms particularly over the upper arm. I am a fitness instructor and teach classes using weights so my arms are fairly well developed, but not like a body builder. Top is light weight yet warm when worn over a tee shirt. Worn alone is soft against skin. Washed well and dried quickly when hung to dry. Have not put in dryer. Packs small and light and will be used on my travels abroad and in the US. The quality I expect from LL Bean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BeanShare from Alternative to Sweater I ordered one of these airlight knit pullovers about 15 months ago as an alternative to wearing a sweater especially during travel. I liked it so much I ordered another one this week. This garment serves as a perfect substitute for a sweater or sweatshirt and works well as a layer under a jacket. It is lightweight and easy to put on and take off, plus it is a bit more "dressy" than a sweatshirt. It is not baggy nor boxy in appearance yet not too fitted so is comfortable for traveling or light outdoor activities. It packs well and takes up a lot less space in a suitcase than a sweater or sweatshirt and also washes well. Lastly, Bean offers some in colors other than their usual black, navy, etc. Thumbs up for this garment!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Roz85 from LOVE This has been my go-to pullover this season, it's perfect.. lightweight.. great for being in the sun, outdoors etc. The sleeves are a little larger which is slightly annoying but does not make me love it any less. I would like to have the lower part of the sleeves a little more fitted, but it could just be personal preference. I purchased an XL and I probably could have went down to L, but I prefer my pullovers a little roomier. I've gotten so many compliments on this pullover. I purchased the teal color and it's wonderful. I would 100% recommend this product!

Rated 3 out of 5 by BruinFan from Can’t find the right size I am never sure which size I am. So I ordered 2 of these in petite, a small and medium. The small is ok but tight in the shoulders. But the medium is about 2 inches longer in One sleeve and in the length, and 3-4 inches wider in the width, 1 inch wider at the shoulder and looks huge on me. It’s not often that a small and medium BOTH don’t fit. Maybe I got a defective version? The detached pocket lining is bothersome as well. I looked at the men’s version, and the pocket is completely attached to the horizontal seam that is at the bottom of the placket and looks better tailored. Why doesn’t women’s clothing get the same quality construction?
