Rated 4 out of 5 by from Streamlight switch rod This Streamlight switch rod (8 weight) handles very well with a RIO Skagit iMOW tip. Unfortunately, it broke in section 3 when fighting a King salmon in the Betsie R., Michigan. Called customer service and they ship a new rod right out - received it in 10 days and shipped back the broken rod (free). Customer service great! Will have to be a bit more careful the King salmon in the future ... assistance from a friend with a net definitely needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fox Covert I have used this rod for trout, steelhead, salmon, Dolly Varden, and smallmouth...used as both a switch and single-handed rod, with both floating line and a Skagit head. Excellent value for the cost
