We've offered our Women's short-sleeve crewneck tee at a great price for nearly 20 years, while maintaining the premium quality. Made from long-staple Supima, the cashmere of cottons, it's no wonder this tee is a perennial customer favorite.
Size & Fit
  • Slightly Fitted: Softly shapes the body.
  • Falls at hip.
Why We Love It
Supima cotton has everything you love about everyday cotton – it's comfortable and easy to wash. What makes it stand out are its long-staple fibers, which are 35% longer and 45% stronger. They give the cotton remarkable strength, luxurious softness and rich color, ensuring you'll enjoy this tee for years to come.
Fabric & Care
  • Extraordinarily soft in long-staple Supima® cotton – grown in the USA.
  • Interlock knit for a smooth feel inside and out.
  • Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low.
Pima Cotton Tee, Short-Sleeve Crewneck is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 1405.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too Short For Shorty I bought these tees hoping it would satisfy all my needs. The weight and feel of the tees is fair, not too heavy and not too thin. They can be wore alone because they are not see through. I have washed a few times them there is no pilling and they don’t retain stains as some materials tend to do. Color has not fade still look good after a few washes and dries. The only issue is they are not long enough for me, I like them to cover my belly they are not long enough in the front so I do not wear them outside. When you have a kangooro pouch is not appealing to have a shirt to point out your pouch! I prefer tunic length then these short length tees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great SHORT teeshirt! I ordered this teeshirt specifically because of all the reviews noting that it is too short and shrinks up in the dryer. For reference I am 5'1", 110 lbs, and often even Petite sizes are too long for me - I do not have slim hips, so many knit cotton shirts bunch up above my hips and are bulky when tucked in. I washed (warm water) and dried (warm setting) the shirt and it did shrink up about an inch - for me an improvement! (Be warned if you don't want this!) This tee pairs well with dressier skirts and slacks as well as with more casual bottoms, the cotton is soft, and the colors are lovely - I plan to order a couple more in Petite XS.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the old fit please. I've bought this shirt for years and absolutely love it. I have many in different colors in both short sleeves and long sleeves. The tees from previous years all get a FIVE STAR rating from me. Unfortunately, the fit has changed this year....(WHY? IT WAS PERFECT!) and it does not suit me at all. I loved the original fit. This year the neck is tighter, the shoulders are narrower, and the overall tee is narrower. (Last year the neck was a bit too loose, so I don't object to it being a little tighter.) But, my biggest complaint is that this year the shirt is far too LONG in length. Please please bring back the previous, terrific FIVE STAR fit !!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from too short for a short woman I should probably be in a small and originally was with these tees. As they got shorter in length, I moved to a medium, then to a large. They don't seem to get any longer with a larger size, just wider. I used to think they were the perfect shirt, but they have become way too short for my taste. I'd rather my shirt stayed tucked in and didn't expose my navel when I reach over my head. The mediums fit me well on first wearing, but shrink up in length almost two inches after a few washes. Other than sizing issues, they are wonderful, and I continue to buy them. I just wish LL Bean would make them a couple inches longer or have a tall size.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Shirts Shrink very easily First thing despite the rating I gave, my wife and I truly love L.L. Bean! This is the first time we were unhappy. We bought a total of 6 Prima Cotton tee, and despite the claim that you can wash them over and over again and they still look new. The problem is drying them! Even on low heat they still shrank a little over an inch. Of course L.L. Bean sent us new ones, and we now just hang dry them. The staff was extremely helpful, as was the Customer Service center. We've never had a problem with any of their other products, I guess it was just bad luck with these particular shirts. Thank-you again for the wonderful understanding and care.....John & Angie!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from More Colors Please!!! I really like these T's, they're my favorites, and I have bought a lot of them over the years, BUT you really need NEW and MORE colors in the Women's Plus Size (as well as the other sizes)!!! The same colors are offered all the time with the occasional new shade offered (but usually just a slight variation of a color already there). Otherwise they're a great top. They wear well, great quality for the money. They're nice enough that I can wear them for work, which is why I started buying them in the first place. They wash and dry well and the color doesn't fade away like some other ones do. Please offer more color selection, regular as well as seasonal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from There's no "T" in this shirt! Desperate in my search for a well-made T-shirt, I finally packed up and made the pilgrimage to Freeport to see these shirts for myself. I left frustrated and disappointed. Every style of women's T-shirt currently offered by LLB (pima, unshrinkable, sport, Bean's) isn't a "T" -- it's a square with armholes. While the fabric and make are solid, every one of these shirts is FAR too short and FAR too wide. What a horribly unflattering shirt!! I'm soooo glad I didn't order these online, as all the models seem to be weraing a different cut. PLEASE make these shirts longer, or at least offer a "Tall" option (why are there Men's Tall but not Women's Tall??).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from soft fabric, very short length, 1X longer than XL I love the soft fabric and nice neckline (nicer than a regular T-shirt). Nice thick fabric (not see-through). I can wear it to work easily. The XL is short. Much shorter than many of my other T-shirts. I also got the 1X size, and those are about 2 inches longer than the XL. The 1X seems to be about 2 inches wider across the bust and waist also. (but call LL Bean for exact differences if it matters to you) I wish the 1X came in as many colors as the XL. I'm not sure if I would order the XL again due to its shortness (even if I lose weight). This was the first time I ordered from LL Bean, and I was very happy with delivery and everything.
