Rated 2 out of 5 by Gunboat82 from Shearling Worn to Heel After a Couple Months I received these slippers in January 2016 and began wearing them exclusively indoors with socks. Initially, they seemed to fit properly and were very comfortable. However, by mid-March, the shearling lining was quite matted and had completely worn away at the heels. I showed them to a store representative and asked if it was normal for the lining to wear so quickly, and she told me that it was. I'm giving the slippers one extra star because they look good and appear to be well-stitched, but I expected the lining to last much longer than it did. For the first two months, it felt like these slippers were giving my feet warm hugs. Now they're just expensive slippers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Edeltraud from Extra narrow width I've just returned these slippers. They have a very narrow width, I normally wear a size 11B and even after trying to wear them until they molded to my foot as per the enclosed card they were uncomfortable around the forefoot area. Also the insulating material used for the lining was beginning to mat and ball up in the sole area. I also ordered the elk skin slippers from this site and find them to be excellent both in material and fit. But again I am a Size 11B and ordered these because most of the reviews said they ran narrow. I would recommend LLBean get a handle on these sizing issues!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Schmiddty from Very Narrow I am a women who has a D width. None of the women's slipper come in that width so I ordered mens. I swear there is no way in heck this slipper is a D width, it fits more like a C width. I don't believe any man would be able to fit their feet into this slipper unless their foot is very narrow. With that said I know that they will eventually stretch out and the lining will flatten to allow more room. I am just not sure I can stand wearing them long enough to let that happen. They are not even that nice looking but I was willing to sacrifice looks over fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by lorenzokid from Fantastic product! My wife gave me a pair of "wicked good" slippers for Christmas in 1995 which I still have. Can't wear them out! Wear them every day year round. The shearling wool inside them did get packed down a bit over that time, so I decided to get a new pair. Picked this one which is a different style. I absolutely love them! If you want the most comfortable, warm slippers obtainable, grab a pair of "wicked good" ones from LL Bean. You won't be sorry, I promise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by becky6697 from Love these! I had a pair of these that my dog threw up on, and I couldn't do without them, so I ordered another pair. A clearance color which is just fine with me! I am a woman with a wider foot, so I order a men's regular width which is the same as a women's wide. These feel somewhat snug at first, but they are leather and they stretch a bit as they settle in. The pair that my dog barfed on went into the wash machine (not recommended) and I still wear them but a seam came loose. The sole is great to run out and get the mail, and for not slipping down the stairs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ardubb from ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Feet are kind of an important thing to have and the comfort of those feet is just as important. I can't ever remember having slippers as comfortable as these! Believe me, my feet now have a "happy face" on them. I even put them on to take that midnight whiz and hate to take them off after. Highly recommended purchase for yourself - and then you'll be giving them as gifts. Remember however, because of the thickness of the lining, order 1/2 to 1 size larger than your shoe. Thanks L.L.Bean! Years from now when it comes time to replace these slippers you'll be my go to source!

Rated 1 out of 5 by MacMaya from Wicked good slippers just wicked They arrived quickly. One thing I can say about LLBean is that they are very reliable. However, these slippers were so ill-fitting that I returned them. A number of years ago, I had bought a wonderful pair of Wicked Good slippers. After they finally wore out, I replaced them with what I thought was the exact same thing. It wasn't. They were awful, and only lasted a year. So, I ordered a different style this time. they were worse. My last pair of Wicked slippers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Beanexclusively from Big disappointment My husband has worn Bean's Wicked Good Slippers forever and at Christmastime decided to order the Venetian instead of the Camp Moc style. These were on backorder and was happy to receive them at Valentine's Day. He was extremely disappointed, however, as both slippers seemed to have a defect in the toe area. There was a ridge or seam under the sheepskin lining that made them very uncomfortable to the bottom of the foot/toes. This problem was bad enough that they had to go back. I feel really bad about this since in all other ways, the slippers were great. I was afraid to try another pair.
