Men's Stretch Primaloft Packaway Jacket is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's an Atom I purchased this jacket because I had an Atom (made by the bird skeleton company) that wasn't quite long enough. This is pretty much the same Tall sizes. It's great. Yeah, it's fitted, but that's how it's supposed to be. I usually wear a 43-44 inch suit jacket and can wear it over button-downs and light fleeces, but anything bulkier would be a problem. That's perfect. If you're already wearing insulation, you just need wind and water resistance, i.e. a shell. I wouldn't want this jacket to be any bigger, because then it would look sloppy. As it is, it's wonderfully slimming, and I could still layer it under a shell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from light and warm As described in the LL Bean page describing this jacket: "PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Stretch with Cross Core™ technology for best-in-class lightweight warmth that doesn't weigh you down or hold you back." The PrimaLoft Gold is the best in all reviews on line. I wear it on daily long walks in temps down to 20 degrees and with a merino wool base layer, the cold is not felt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly as Advertised I live in South Florida, occasionally I go up to Connecticut to visit family. I was just there for a week. It snowed three times and the temperature never got above 20 F. This jacket was perfect. I was able to layer underneath without feeling confined. The jacket is warm, light and stretches so you can do fun things, like shovel snow and dig out your car. Great jacket without the bulk. Packs, travel, wears, like a sweater, warms like a down jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect for those not so cold mornings A perfect jacket for walking the doggie in the early winter mornings in Delaware. Love how light weight it is and provides good warmth. I was wearing a very heavy parka for years and it is so bulky to put on in those early winter mornings. This is just perfect for my needs. Highly recommend if you are the kind of person that must take the pooch out for early morning bathroom breaks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good fit, lightweight, Lightweight, packs well: needs layering for 25 degrees or less. Although extra length is useful, and a fancier zipper would add weight, a zipper permitting partial opening from below would be useful

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice jacket, but way overpriced I live in Houston, where you do not need a winter jacket, but regularly visit family in mid-west. I bought this jacket as a pack-away for winter trips. I bought the XLT, which fits sluggly. It would be tight with a sweater underneath (I find sizing to be a constant problem with LL Bean purchases). The jacket is very light and thin, and surprisingly warm. It is not, however, a "winter coat." The jacket appears to be well made, with strong zippers and deep pockets. The LL Bean logos are iron-on which is kind of cheap. For the price of the jacket, you would think they could stitch the logos. Al things considered, this is a nice light jacket for quick trips outside. However, it is way overpriced for value received. If this jacket cost $60, I would rate it 5 stars.
