Rated 5 out of 5 by Jough from Warm and comfy I purchased a pair of these lined jeans in November. I found the lining to be very, very soft and warm against my legs. My legs are very sensitive to the cold so these worked out well. They sit a bit lower on the waist and I like that. The fit is in my opinion what they are supposed to be. I am a size 10 and that's what they are. L.L. Bean do not sell vanity sizing which I am finding in other purchases at other stores. If someone is squeezing into a size 10 they should go up to a 12 because the stretch in these pants are not super stretchy like a ponte knit. I am very happy with my purchase and ordered another pair today. Would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ruralmiss from Nice to find in stretch I've lived in flannel lined jeans 6 months of the year for decades, but have never tried a stretch version. Although the flannel doesn't stretch and the denim has only a hint of stretch, these are nonetheless more comfy than non stretch jeans. The denim and flannel are both light to medium weight, so they're not the warmest lined jeans out there, but because I'm in and out of the house all day, I wear these indoors, so heavier versions are too warm. For horrendous winter conditions, these aren't my outdoor choice, but for regular winter days and for riding my motorcycle on cold days, these are great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by VTFan from So Warm and Comfortable I have worn these jeans frequently since December and machine washed and dried them many times. They fit just right on arrival and they still fit great. They do seem to shrink a little after washing but get comfortable again quickly when I put them on. Unlike other pants with spandex, these jeans don't ever feel like they are falling off. The length is perfect, and the legs don't slide up when I sit or bend my knees. With the flannel lining, they are warm enough for winter outside activities, but not too warm when I am inside. They are not totally windproof though. I am 5'6" and 115 lbs. and size 4 regular fits just right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AuntieMJ from Warm, soft, comfortable 1912 Lined Jeans I've said it all in the review title! At last a pair of lined jeans that are so comfortable, warm & the material is sturdy but not stiff. Another LL Bean winner. Love the red flannel & the darker Jean color. Perfect in every way. Thank you AGAIN for the best clothing & home goods ever. I purchased size 12, in both regular & tall lengths (to show cuff). I weigh about 150-155, 5"5", waist 31", hip "38-40" (all approx because it varies on activity & foods LOL). I could wear 10 but for cooler weather I always want roomier for undergarment should I want. Hope this helps!

Rated 5 out of 5 by DogWalkingMom from Comfortable and cozy I love these jeans. They are soft and warm and quite wind-proof on windy, cold days, but they're not too hot to wear to work wear the thermostat is always set at 72 degrees. I usually wash them in cold water and throw them in the dryer for about 10 minutes with the rest of my load, then hang to dry the rest of the way. After washing they fit a little snug, but they loosen up after a few hours. I was skeptical of buying jeans online without being able to try them on because I don't have much of a waist and my middle-aged belly has a bit of a pooch, but these fit great. I wear them a lot and will very likely buy another pair. The color is also very pretty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Yooper62 from Great cold weather jeans, but have high rise These are great jeans for the person that spends time outdoors in colder weather. The lined jeans are not too bulky like other lined jeans I have. They are nice to wear inside as well, since my home office is much cooler that the rest of my house. I ordered a size up, and I probably didn't need to do that. I washed them in warm water and they did not shrink at all. The blue jean color still looks good after washing. My only complaint is that these jeans do not sit below my waist! I wish I could have these altered and move the waist band down 2 inches! I will still probably keep these to wear around the house and out walking the dog.

Rated 4 out of 5 by shirttail from works ok So far i feel these jeans will work for my purpose of cold parking lot walks to the stores. Would have preferred the waist to be up on the natural waist, but will make do with the classic. The main thing i do not like is that they look very worn out!!! I guess the "youngers" like that look, but more mature woman have different taste. Since in the dbl L jeans only offer lined in relaxed there was no choice but to order these to get the lined for warmth. I hand rinsed in cold water before wearing and glad i did. The lining color dripped out quite a bit. I just want them for warmth, so can deal with the couple negative issues. Overall they will be just fine.

Rated 3 out of 5 by 11Maria from Not right for me First off, the quality and comfort are on point. I wear a regular size 4 shorts which can be snug on my waist and hips but loosens up comfortably. I chose 6 petite because I gain in the winters. I held the jeans up and immediately knew that they were not what I saw in the picture online. The legs are very wide on my skinny legs. The bottom gives me mom butt. The bell bottom is super wide and looks funny for the short height. If the bottom of the jeans matched the image in the photo than the length would not be so odd. The legs are not straight; they are bell bottoms. (I'll be up to Freeport to exchange them.)
