Rated 5 out of 5 by Kungf17 from Worth every penny Flat out, it's a great, versatile jacket. It can take a second to put back together if you take the rain shell off, but honestly it's not that bad... 3 tabs and 2 zippers and its one whole jacket again. Or you leave the 2 apart and you have a rain shell that light, and you have a nice warm winter jacket for running around outside. It's lighter than i expected, and the blue is a really nice color to boot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bean from Overall enjoy the coat I find the coat to be very comfortable. The coat has many pockets to use. It is relatively light but still warm. The only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars is the lack of a 2 -way zipper which would make the coat more convenient and comfortable to wear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by lizincanada from sparse and clumpy down I was looking forward to this coat. I liked the idea of being able to use the down liner as a separate jacket in cool but not cold weather. I washed and dried the liner per the directions (cold delicate cycle and tumble dry low). The down, which there really isn't all that much of, is now a clumpy mess. I need the coat to wear now with the recent cold snap so I have to make due but the poor quality of the insulation and the way the baffles are sewn make for a not so warm and rather uncomfortable coat. What down there is has clumped up, especially on the back where the baffles are larger. This means that the insulation is not even and I'm left feeling cold but that there are clumpy bunches of down up against my back which is really uncomfortable when I'm driving or want to sit in a chair. There's so little down in sections that it's just the thin fabric, no insulation at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Penster from LOVE :waterproof, versatile, lots of pockets Love the olive color—way better earthy colors in the men’s coats! Love all the pockets-great for a mom- don’t need to carry my purse. I just use one of the many large pockets for wallet. I love that it is waterproof. I can go sledding with my kids and not get all wet. The only thing I would change is smaller cuffs-I have small wrists and the men’s cuffs are too large even with the tab pulled all the way across the Velcro. I may just have to sew on extra Velcro.

Rated 5 out of 5 by activeoutdoorsylady from A Winner Just love this jacket! Love the warm down sweater liner that makes it such a 3-season piece. Love the quiet, waterproof fabric and the woodsy green color. The fit is super - small for female 5'6", 140 lbs. with room for a fleece, if needed. Am appreciating LL Bean offering earthy colors for those of us who play in the outdoors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ProfessorGreen from Awesome The fabric is very soft and quiet. Very cool for a water proof jacket. Also, it seems warm, even though I haven't worn it in the freezing temps yet. It is light weight and not bulky. Many pockets. A great jacket for travel or around town.

Rated 5 out of 5 by shazbat4 from Great jacket I had been wearing the same winter coat for about 10 years, and finally decided to replace it. I liked my previous jacket as it was warm, had plenty of pockets (both inner and outer) - which is why I held on to it for so long. This new coat is the perfect replacement - and is warmer to boot! Plenty of pockets, very comfortable in cold conditions (teens so far, but quite comfortable) - also has a hood, which my previous jacket did not have. All in all I am very satisfied with this purchase!
