Men's Riverton Pants, Lined is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 51.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm pants! A little long. I usually do a 30 inseam, and that tends to be long. So im maybe typically a 29.5 or something. But i got the 30 inch inseam, and those were 2 inches too long. So i would go with an inch down to give you some space (you can always hem, but you cant add length). These are really warm, which is exactly why i got them. They do make a bit of noise, because they are thick, and because of the material. They kind of make a swoosh swoosh sound when you walk. No big deal, just something i noticed. They are probably more like a cargo pant (thicker material), than a chino pant. But i like them for cold weather, and would highly recommend. Waist is probably a little big, but maybe only 1/2 an inch off, vs a full inch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great cold weather pants I live in NE Minnesota, and got these late fall. We're now into mid-December, so I have worn them in cold winter weather, hiking, cutting firewood, etc. They are very comfortable and warm. Love the color. For my taste, not too tight or too baggy. They fit nicely over boots. Love the shell...dries quickly, abrasion resistant, and like the soft lining. The lining is somewhat loosely attached to the shell, but I think that improves the insulating and breathability of the pant. They run somewhat long, and ride somewhat low on the waist. The only improvement for my taste and use would be to make them with 7 belt loops rather than 5.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Go-To Winter pants Tired of spending every day of the Winter in Insulated Snow Pants, I initially ordered some fleece lined jeans and although very cozy they they were cut too high in the waist and failed at the initial stage of the Spousal Approval process - for both Fit and Look. I returned the jeans and got these instead. I’m so glad I did!! Lower cut suits me much better and passed Spousal Approval instantly!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can we get more colors!?! I would definitely buy more. As others have mentioned the front pockets are a little tight and near impossible to get anything out of while sitting - however it is unlikely that you will lose anything from in there!! I wear these daily, All Winter!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome pants These Riverton pants have moved to the top of my husbands favorite list and wishing he had more than one pair. I purchased these for him for Christmas. He loves them!! He usually wears fleece lined LL jeans during winter months with the flannel lined as his second choice. He says these Riverton's are extremely comfortable and much lighter than the bulkier lined jean. The lining is really soft and most importantly they keep him warm and comfy. The articulated knee design allows for great ease of movement.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I really wanted to like these The pants look great, I wish the walnut color was offered across more products. Sadly the fit was a bit snug for activities, just swinging a leg over my bicycle the crotch would pull tight, restricting movement, and I would hit the bike seat with my knee. Other pants I own from LL Bean have a lot more movement lined or not. I really wanted to like these pants, they just weren't meant to be. They are fine for walking around, but that would be the extent of activities that can be comfortably performed while wearing these pants. Take note on sizing! I am a 32x32 in LL Bean pants, I got these in a 33Wx30L based on other reviews. Side by side, that ended up being the exact same size as my lined 32x32 Pathfinder pants.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from You want to like these, but First, I’m a woman who regularly wears men’s LLBean pants. They fit better, especially in terms of length. These pants should fit more like the standard jean but they have an odd, overly snug fit across the hips. Another reviewer noted that you can’t get your hand in the pockets. I’ve kept them because they are well made, warm, and great outdoors. But don’t try to sit in them too long. The cargo pants have another version of this problem but they are more forgiving. Bottom line, if it is a certain fit/style, it should be similar across items: standard fit should be, uh, standard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and Comfortable The fleece lining isn't nearly as thick as other Bean pants, but they are still quite warm. Appear and feel well made. I think they run a little long. My 33" X 30" seems to be more of a 31" inseam. The wind doesn't blow through them like wool pants. They are dressy enough to wear in a casual business attire environment (I work in IT which is admittedly very casual). The pocket located to the front of the right thigh is perfect for my smartphone. Overall, I'm very happy with them and would consider buying other colors if Bean offered them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice lined pants By far the best lined pants from bean in a while as I've purchased them all. The lining is very comfortable and the fit is perfect. Most of the other lined pants are overly baggy in the hips or seat and don't quite look all that sure they are fine for chopping wood in the back yard but not for hanging with a girl. The Riverton are stylish, comfortable and rough and tumble. I love them. FYI I'm a straight up 31 waist and the 30 30 fit me perfectly. I use them for work.
