Rated 1 out of 5 by sfnativeguy from Stain magnet of a fabric I purchased this sheet set in the Soft Blue color in September 2019. I have returned it because the fabric -- at least in that color -- was freakishly prone to staining. After a single night's use the pillow cases took on a dark, greasy-looking appearance. I have never seen a fabric, cotton or otherwise, in any application, do this. And it did not wash out, despite multiple attempts. Needless to say, no other linens I have ever owned (including LL Bean's flannels) have ever exhibited this issue. It's a shame because in other respects the fabric seemed to be of very good quality. Puzzling, to say the least, and disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SheKnitsHats from Glad I stuck it out, buttery and substantial I was very disappointed when I first got these sheets. They were not the cool crisp percale I was hoping for, and they were a bit rough and scratchy. I almost returned them several times, but some other reviews convinced me to keep using them to see if they softened up. It took a few months of steady use and frequent washings, but now they are buttery soft and keep getting softer. The Faded Indigo color is great, a soft gray-blue with just the littlest hint of purple. Bottom line: - buttery and substantial sheets, but may take a few months of steady use to get that way - NOT cool crisp percale, you need the lower thread count ones for that

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mendenhall from Best sheets ever If you like digging your toes in warm sand; If beautiful wood invites you to run your hand over it; If you still remember an ancient Egyptian urn from a visit to a museum 20 years ago which you desperately wanted to touch, but couldn't, then these sheets are for you. These beautiful sheets have a feel of heaven. They are real cotton, with the texture of fine fabric. They are the loveliest sheets I have ever owned. My husband and I both love them. If you want your sheets to feel like the face of your computer screen then do not buy these sheets. we purchases the green--a very warm color-like the forest behind morning fog.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Picky1bean from 1st Quality percale Crisp, smooth quality true percale sheets are almost impossible to find. I loved these so much I bought a secon set. They are exactly what per call lovers expect. Percale does wrinkle but these don't wrinkled as bad as some I have had. I love the crispness that keeps them from clinging to every inch of my body, For those that say the fabric is rough - I agree. It take 3-4 washings for the smoothness to come through. After that, they get smoother with every wash. Don't give up on them too quickly - wash a few times if you don't like the initially. Mine are now as smooth as silk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by GarnetHill from Disappointed When I first purchased this queen sized sheet set on April 2, 2018 I was impressed with the fabric which was smooth, soft and nicely finished. As time went on (a bit less than two years) the shrinkage on the width of the flat sheet got to the point where it could not be tucked into the sides of the mattress, even though we have a standard mattress which is 14 inches thick (no pillow top). The length is far more generous and has never been an issue. These sheets were always line dried to keep shrinkage to a minimum yet the flat sheet now measures 88 inches in width. At the price paid for this sheet set I expected a bit more. Regrettably, due to the shrinkage issue I cannot recommend these sheets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lilac from Worth the price! My husband and I prefer percale cotton sheets. We like the crispness of percale. These sheets are crisp and also soft and feel luxurious, to me. I ordered the faded indigo and was happy with the color. Had to think twice about the price of the sheets before making up my mind about ordering them, but so glad that I did. Worth it for a good night's sleep. I have only washed them once before I put them on the bed for the first time. Yes, there were wrinkles, but they smoothed right out on the bottom sheet and were not that bad on the top sheet and pillow cases.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PetXtraSmall from Wrinkles, But! These sheets, being pure cotton, do wrinkle massively, no matter how fast you are to remove them from both washer and dryer. But - they are so smooth and silky that they're worth it, and after one night, most sheets will wrinkle anyway. Also, I suppose it's neither here nor there but I really love the color of the Bluegrass that I bought, a delicious light tropical sea green. In addition, they fit my 15" mattress very well and don't come loose, so I don't have to keep readjusting them. A very good buy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by lizzzi from Soft, Smooth, Cool, Fit Well As soon as it arrived, I washed this queen-size sheet set in regular laundry detergent, and dried it in a tumble dryer with no fabric softener sheet. The sheets and pillowcases came out of the dryer soft and smooth, and I shook them out and folded them right away, so there was no need for ironing. I put them on the bed for the first time when the daytime temperatures were in the 92-95 degree range, and night time temps were in the seventies. (Window fan in bedroom--no air conditioning.) I have used them for three warm nights so far. The sheets and pillowcases are extremely silky-soft and smooth, and add a good deal of comfort to a hot weather night. They fit my queen-size platform bed (no box spring) perfectly. There is plenty of length in the top flat sheet to tuck under the mattress. I am very happy with these sheets, and would recommend them to others.
