child's arms down, slip tape under arms and across chest and shoulder blades, holding tape firm and level.</p>\n                                        <h3>Waist</h3>\n                                        <p>Measure around the natural waistline.</p>\n                                        <h3>Hips</h3>\n                                        <p>With child standing, measure around fullest point of the hips.</p>\n                                        <h3>Inseam</h3>\n                                        <p>Measure similar pants that fit the child well. Lay them flat, with the front and back creased smooth. Measure along the inseam from crotch to bottom of leg hem.</p>\n                                        <h3>Torso</h3>\n                                        <p>Start by the neck at the highest point of the shoulder, then measure down over the chest through the crotch and continue up the back to the starting point.</p>\n                                        <h3>Head <span>(Hats and Caps)</span>\n                                        </h3>\n                                        <p>Measure around the largest part of the head, with tape above brow. Convert to hat size using the chart on the Size Chart tab.</p>\n                                        <h3>Hand <span>(Gloves and Mittens)</span>\n                                        </h3>\n                                        <p>Measure hand length from wrist to middle fingertip. Measure both hands. Use the longest measurement to determine size.</p>\n                                        <h3>Feet</h3>\n                                        <p>Trace bare or sock-covered feet, depending on how shoe will be worn, then measure the longest foot from the heel to the longest toe.
