Rated 1 out of 5 by BETHIEK from Sheds and sheds! Despite all of the raving reviews, this blanket is awful. I pulled it out the package and it began shedding. So, I washed and dried it according to the directions. My washing machine was full of lint and my dryer screen was full of lint. I washed and dried the blanket yet again. It was still shedding. My husband had to clean out my WASHING MACHINE filter because it was clogged with lint from the blanket. My husband also had to vacuum out my dryer outlet because it was clogged with lint. LINT IS EVERYWHERE! My family owns many LL Bean fleece products (vests, jackets, bathrobes, etc.) and we have never had this happen before. Horrible. DO NOT BUY!

Rated 5 out of 5 by lien from Overall, excellent, except for sizing This is a well made product (U.S.), and is quite comfortable in winter as well as summer (when my air conditioning is set to winter-like conditions). I was, however, annoyed to realize that this is now available only as a full/queen version, instead of separate sizes. The result is that it is far too big for a full, or double bed. Too much fabric in both dimensions leaves me wondering if I'd have been better off with a twin size blanket. This doubling up on size accommodation is unfortunate, sort of like what's been going on in clothing sizes (socks to fit size 7-12?.) Great for inventory reduction, not so great for the customer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Littlelion49 from Very Dissatisfied I ordered this blanket originally in Queen size and wanted the red ochre color. They cancelled my order due to that color no longer being available in Queen. So I ordered a King size, not minding the blanket being a little oversized. I am very happy with the size, the color Red Ochre, but there is soooo much lint everywhere! I literally have to clean my lint screen when drying at least four to five times after each wash. I am following the washing instructions and drying instructions, but the lint factor is ridiculous. I do not recommend as this was a costly purchase for an extremely messy blanket.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Nina1 from What happened? I read most of the reviews on this blanket and was looking forward to receiving it. I thought I found the blanket I was looking for. I slept with it and woke up and had green particles that must have been lint that were all over my pajamas. I then washed the blanket and dries it on low half way. Hung it outside and an hour later went to check on it. It was dry so I gave it a few shakes and all this stuff which must have been the same particles that were on my pajamas came shaking out of the blanket. What a shame. I was looking forward to keeping this blanket but sorry to say Iam returning it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Raylou23 from Sheds like crazy I washed the blanket before using as I always do with bedding and had blue fuzz all over the place. The blanket left the inside of my dryer coated with fuzz (I have never had this happen before). I expected to find the lint trap pretty full but not the inside of my dryer also- what a mess to clean. After folding the blanket, I had blue fuzz on my shirt and all over my laundry room. I am unsure about keeping a blanket that sheds so much. I may wash it one more time to see if the situation improves. So far, I am very unhappy and disappointed as this product had such good reviews.

Rated 5 out of 5 by goldenflake from Polartec 200 Fleece Blanket I would give this blanket 10 stars if they were available. The sizes were, Twin, Full/Queen and King. no measurements were given for each one. I have bought a Full/Queen other type blanket from other stores but I have to say, this blanket surpasses them all. There is enough tuck-in on the bottom for our Queen bed and plenty to hang over the sides. I was thrilled and the color, Deep Rose is perfect. Of course I chose the Polartec 200 Fleece because we have jackets that are superb as well. **********

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kelliher from Best Blanket We have purchased three of these Polartec 200 Fleece Blankets, one for our hideway bed, one queen quest bed and our king master bed. We actually love them, they're light but very comfortable. They certainly fit the bill for our Fall, Spring and Summer (with AC). Due to our last winter, it was extremely cold, unusual for this part of the country, DE., we will consider placing it under our comforter if we encounter another extreme change in weather. If we had to complain, it would be to suggest that LL Bean think about adding more colors, taupe, tan and possibly a true white. But, really think about purchasing this blanket, it certainly is worth the money and it washes and comes out of the drier for immediate use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LLBean1965 from I want my blanket Polartec synthetic fleece is light and warm. It is just what I want. Besides that, the history of the company is worth noting. What put Malden Mills firmly in the international spotlight was a devastating fire in December 1995 that destroyed much of the factory and injured 33 employees. Rebuilding immediately, Malden not only assured workers of their jobs but paid full salaries to those unable to work during reconstruction in an era of massive layoffs and closings. The owners could have kept the insurance money but rebuilt instead. They are real people!
