Rated 2 out of 5 by jAym92 from Disappointed I bought a pair of these for my husband a little over a year ago and he has "lived" in them since he got them. They got sloppy looking so I ordered a replacement pair. He was disappointed in the quality of the leather. The old ones had a smoother leather with a slight shine. These are soft and dull. While he finds them comfortable, the look leaves something to be desired. I'm increasingly noticing little downward changes in quality in a lot of LL Bean products. Too bad, because I became an LL Bean shopper after a popular outdoor outfitter changed for the worse and raised their prices. I'm a loyal customer who is willing to pay for quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WestRaj from Nothing but awesome I bought this Mocs in Oct'14 as a nice warm indoor winter shoes. The shoes are well crafted and makes you look a little taller, which is not a bad thing. The first snow came. I wore it outside, the shoe held very good. The next was a noreaster, and then a blizzard. I wore these mocs to shovel my driveway and then would wear it to go shopping. Not a drop of water. (If your sock got wet above ankle, dont blame the mocs). Long story short, the shoes held good through a really bad winter. I am buying one more of these mocs soon. If you have any doubts about these shoes, let it rest and buy it with confidence.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WifeofWorcester from classic, comfortable, and durable, I had bought the suede version of this shoe for myself, loved it, and decided to buy my husband the leather version for Christmas. He needed something with a tread for the winter, which this shoe provides. He also needed something appropriate for the office (his is "business casual") and this fit the bill. However, what impresses me the most is that he's been wearing them every day for everything, and they are still in great shape. This man destroys shoes like a teething puppy (scrunching down the backs, etc). It's September, and I'd usually have to replace his shoes by now. When the time comes, I want to get him another pair of these shoes, but the time looks to be far off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by FlyFightWin from Smaller and narrower Echoing a lot of reviews I have seen about these shoes. Super comfortable and nice looking. I had an old pair I wore probably 10 years as a casual, but nice shoe with jeans. This version does run smaller and narrower than most shoes. I usually wear a 10.5 gym shoe and have slightly wide feet, meaning I don't typically pick "W" or EEs at a store but I can't wear Nike because of their width. I ended up finding the right fit for these at an 11 EE due to the sizing. I couldn't even get my feet in the ones I ordered at my usual size. Wanted to give my experience as a reference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RAMPrecision from Comfortable, Great Fit This shoe has been terrific! I just ordered my 10-12 pairs, but who's counting. My wife purchased the 1st 3 pairs (mesh type), they were the greatest because they were breathable. Since they no longer made them (sigh) any longer, I settled for the leather style. That also worked very well for me. I have purchased the grey suade, brown leather, and mostly black leather. They have all fit very well from the first wear to wearing them out. I'm on my feet 12-16 hrs, a day, and am very hard on shoes, remodeling, tiling, building, cabinetry, going to baseball games, etc. These are the shoes I wear 98% of the time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by LLBLovers from I really tried to like these shoes... My wife has been buying these shoes for my father in law for the past few years because he loves them. He actually wears the same size shoe as me (8) so I decided to try these again (I had tried them a few years ago and they didn't feel right). I ordered the size 8, and even with mid weight socks, the shoes were large and my foot slid around in them. So, I exchanged them for a 7 1/2 and that pair was too small in the toe box, however, my heel still slipped around. Very oddly sized shoes. They appear to be excellent quality and would probably be comfortable if they fit right. I will not try these again and I would not recommend them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by OldTimeClimber from Great comfort, but sizing way off The suede comfort mocs are a great shoe! I have worn a couple different pairs of these for years, and put them through every testing condition possible. These have endured hundreds of hiking miles, some carrying a medium weight pack, and a lot off-trail exploring. Plus, they still looked good enough to go out for dinner! This recent pair purchased is the same looks and durability, but I had to get one full size larger. The old mocs were a size 8, and the new ones are size 9. The medium width stayed the same fit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by skyehaven from not what they claim I ordered these for my handicapped husband, who has a wide foot and high instep. The EE width is NOT a true EE - when they came out of the box I knew immediately that they would not fit either in width (WAY too narrow) or in height over the instep. We got them on with a shoehorn, and he sat in his chair wearing them, for only 10 minutes before complaining that they hurt his feet. Sure enough, when I removed them, and his sock, there was an obvious pressure spot on top of his instep. Very disappointed as we had hoped these would be a comfortable and easy slip-on shoe for him.
