Rated 4 out of 5 by fallinsnowlove from wicked cute! Just received this yesterday. Believe all the other reviews. I am due the first week in October and purchased the 0-3 months and my Hubby and I got quite the chuckle out of how big this suit is, he claims it would fit our 4 year old. I intend to use this for our baby as her main "coat" all winter until spring and am okay with it being on the larger size so that it can comfortably fit layers underneath. Worth the purchase but definitely order a size down, too bad there was no option a little smaller than 0-3 months. Maybe they should consider making a "preemie" size in the future. Love the new stripes but would have adored polka dots if they were an option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by nurseandmommyofsix from Best Coverall Ever! This is the best coverall ever made! It keeps the baby/child warm and yet is not bulky like the other coveralls out there. Which is very important when the child is in a carseat because the straps need to be as close to the body as possible to do their job. This is the only coverall I've seen which is safe to be worn under the straps. It also allows active little ones to keep moving because it doesn't restrict movement, so they don't mind wearing it. Very easy to put on and take off. It's very easy to clean in the washer and after about two dozen washings, still looks new. It is true to size/age, no need to size up or it will be to big.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NorthernNYMommy from Runs crazy large. BUT warmest onesie EVER! Buying this in another size because perfect for freezing northern NY winter weather. Use for indoor nighttime sleeping to keep baby warm AND during the day when we go out. The fold down hands and feet and comfortably but snuggle fitting hood make this the warmest onesie out there....And seriously it is so stinking cute on. Order early as they run out of these quickly from what I've seen the past two winters. Only thing is LISTEN TO THE REVIEWERS who tell you this runs BIG! Bought 0-3 month for my newborn and was ridiculously large and couldn't use it at first. No way is this close to size. She just grew out of the 0-3 and she is 11 months and tall for her age (80% something percentile height).

Rated 5 out of 5 by jessu from WORTH EVERY PENNY! After reading the reviews, we ordered the 6-12 month size for our 14 month old daughter who is 21 pounds and about 31 inches (95% for height). Fits PERFECT with some room! Will totally get her through the season. The fabric is really super soft and VERY WARM. I am confident this will keep her warm on those cold days! Im thrilled with this purchase. Feels so good to find a beautiful, good quality item. We ordered the crystal pink one and its delightful. Seriously like a very comfy blanket. SO HAPPY! Will be ordering from LL Bean again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by ablanchard from Runs big I knew this would run big but even when we sized down it was too big for our little guy who is "average" on all counts. At 3 months a 3-6 month size was so big we returned it. (My guy fits 3-6 in length but not weight) However it was very plush and soft. We would have kepts it but ended up being gifted another brand bear suit that fit him and will grow with him. Certainly I would buy this without hesitation in the future if we wanted a warm snuggly for future babies or as shower gift, making sure to size down. (Extra room would be good for layers underneath but much more than I would this is needed at this age.) It is adorable and great value!

Rated 5 out of 5 by NortheastNeighbour from Adorable mid-weight coverall I purchased this coverall in brown (no stripe). It is absolutely adorable, and makes my grandson even more cuddly! After reading reviews stating that it runs large, I ordered the size 6-12 month size...it fits my now 14-month-old grandson, who is above the 75th percentile for height and is wearing an 18-month size in his sleepers etc. It is crispy weather in the fall here in Atlantic Canada, and my grandson's parents love to pop him into this outfit when they are running errands etc., as it is quicker than a jacket and pants set. They appreciate the flip-over hand covers and even the foot covers up to this point, as he has not been walking. The double zippers allow for easy access, and I like that there is no zipper to chafe under his little chin. Definitely a big hit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mum2twoboys from Soft, warm and cute I was a little concerned after reading all of the reviews about the item being incredibly large....one reviewer mentioned that a small size fit a three year old! This wasn't my experience at all. I don't have exceptionally large children but they are tall. I bought a 6-12 month size for my 9 month old (who wears 6-12/12-18 month & 12 month clothes at popular retailers) and IT FITS!! Is it roomy? Yes. Is it so large that he is swimming in it? Absolute not! I out it on him and said out loud, it fits! Actually it's perfect! My one concern now is will it fit him in January and February and we will really need to use it and he is 12/13 months old. If not I wouldn't hesitate to buy the next size up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by AngelByYourSide from Sweet Lil' Bear Suit I adore these coveralls. My son looks like an adorable teddy bear in them. My son is a preemie who is now 11 months old. He was born 3 months early so he is the size of an 8 mos old. He weighs about 18 lbs. Because of the recommendations, I bough him the 3-6 mos size. It fits perfectly now, but it is barely December, & I wanted him to be able to wear it into March. So I traded it for the 6-12 mos size. It is a little large (mainly it is the arms that are long), but still fits fine. I will be covering his hands & feet when we go out in these coveralls so I prefer that it be a little large. I have included 2 pics: the first is of him in the 3-6 mos size & the second is of him in the 6-12 mos size. That way if you are trying to decide which size might fit better you can see the difference. The best thing about these coveralls is that they are thin so you can layer them over your child's clothes & they will still be able to fit in their infant carseat without added bulk (which can be a safety hazard.)
