Rated 5 out of 5 by from It looks like a jacket but... It's called a down sweater but it looks like a jacket. If you are looking for a winter jacket, keep looking. This is not going to make you happy. However, if you are looking a for a super light "cover" to take the chill off, this should do it. My daughter wore this in Norway (okay, it was summer) but still cold and sometime rainy. She had this and a t-shirt for our boat ride on the fjords and she was the only kid that stayed outside of the boat. The others were all huddled inside because of the cold. The fjords are darn cold!! She was able to roll it up and it took very little space in her backpack. And it's lighter to carry than a bulky sweater.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very little down - and feathers bunch up Nice looking jacket, good fit, lovely color (we did the lilac). Daughter very happy for early spring weather. The only issue for us is that the content of the down feathers is quite thin...and, perhaps more importantly, what little there is bunches up quite a bit,so many parts of the jacket become just thin nylon with nothing else there. Maybe we just got a bad one? See the image - we held the jacket up to the light so you can see we're experiencing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 650 Down Sweater This jacket has been great on the beach in New England on cold days with jeans and mittens while the dogs go for a run. It is amazingly light weight and I wore a couple of layers under it the first time out, but because it was so warm I used less layers the next day. The fabric is deceivingly warm. It's been 30s and 40s so far. I can't wait to see how warm it is when it's in the 20s. I probably will put a fleece top underneath pretty soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Jacket! My daughter absolutely LOVES this jacket. We live in Maine, and this jacket has been great in the late fall, warmer winter days, and as a layer on really cold days. I foresee that she will wear it well into the spring too. It is light-weight, warm, and very stylish. Bravo for offering silver. This is a winner.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I was going to use this as LLBean had advertised, a liner or a separate jacket on those days that it wasn't precipitating alot. We received the jacket today and the supposed "down" in it is a joke as there is barely anything in it to keep your child warm. It's like they forgot the stuffing for it! We tried the test of putting your hand in the arm to see if it warmed up over a few seconds and it did not do much at all. This jacket is going back and I can say I would not recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sweater My granddaughter loves her Christmas "puff" sweater. Lots of warmth and so light - great for layering. Pretty lilac color.
