Rated 1 out of 5 by MrTall from Where are the tall size's? The Double L Relaxed jeans in a 36" inseam are what brought me to LL Bean years ago. I have worn these jeans exclusively ever since. I have been watching the website for months now and they never came back. I called a rep tonight who told me that they are discontinued and suggested the natural fit Double L jeans instead! The problem is the natural fit version is too tight in the thigh.Noooo!! Why LL Bean? Why? There are so few places that sell quality clothing anymore and especially for tall people. I wouldn't mind paying more than they cost before, but please do not just abandon your tall customers like this! Extremely disappointed...

Rated 5 out of 5 by Al00 from Best Relaxed Fit Jeans & a great price I have had a pair of these Relaxed Fit jeans in the Faded color for several years now. Since the day I received them, they have been the most comfortable & best fitting jeans I have ever owned. Recently, I decided to buy another pair in a different color and went with the Stone Washed. I have tried several of the top jean brands over the years, but they just don't come close to these L.L. Bean Jeans that fit and feel just right from the first day they arrive. I won't waste my time looking around locally anymore for jeans...I'll get them here. Don't change the Relaxed Fit...they are perfect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by cabinfever4evr from relaxed fit design I've always liked the old style relaxed waist jeans and own 3 pair that are still going strong. Wanted a new darker jean and was disappointed that LL Bean is now using a different waist type. I did buy one pair of this new version. They are a total disappointment. This new type is very uncomfortable and the waist band just doesn't fit correctly. They also lose their elasticity after a few washings and then bunch up at your waist if wearing a belt. The old style with the elastic tunneled in the waistband were/are terrific. Sorry but I won't be buying any more the the new style waist band jeans. Some may like them - I do not.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lyn2058 from Buying Double L Jeans, Relaxed Fit for Years I buy Double L Jeans, Relaxed Fit for my husband and sons; they love the way the jeans fit; like no other. Most jeans fit to tight around the men's crotch area but these relaxed fit jeans have room so you are comfortable all day. We usually buy the stonewash color and sometimes the Faded color (light blue) jeans. These jeans last for years because they are made durable (and of course, with proper care.) We don't buy our jeans anywhere else. Over the years, we have bought several pairs of jeans for my husband and 3 grown up sons.

Rated 4 out of 5 by CorkTheElder from Bring Back Black! For several years now I've been buying LL Bean relaxed fit jeans and have been completely satisfied with them. I wear jeans nearly all the time. However, I've been forced to look at other brands since these jeans are no longer available in black. I always need a new pair that's deep black to wear as my "formal" jeans. I can say, no other jean I have found fits and looks as nice as my last remaining pair from LL Bean. The regular fit seem to be available in black, why not the relaxed fit. Please, bring back the blank.

Rated 1 out of 5 by NoTaperedAnkles from why tapered ankles? For a company that started making boots and still makes some of the best going, how is it possible that the same company does not sell a pair of jeans that will fit over any type of boot that they also sell? I have several pair of your LL Relaxed Fit jeans and recently ordered 2 more pair. I think the quality is very good for the price and I like the plain look with no extra stitching on the pockets, but as soon as I get the new jeans, I have to cut them about 1" up along the cuff so that they fit comfortably over regular boots. You don't need to go back the 1970's and make bell bottoms, but please loosen up the ankles a little bit so the jeans will fit over a pair of hiking boots without having to cut them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MainlyADenimGuy from The best jeans for the money, bar none I just wanted to give you a testimonial about the Men's Double L Relaxed Fit jeans. I've been wearing them for a long time. A very long time. I wear them casually or to the office a few days a week. I have been buying pairs of these jeans for many years, and I realized they were lasting so long, I wanted to see just how long they would "last". So when I purchased a pair, I took a permanent marker and put the date of of "12" (for year 2012) on the tag. Every pair I've purchased after that I have done the same thing, but eventually I started adding the month and year on the tag. If any of them wear out or get paint on them I change the date to a W for "work" then I use them for yardwork or painting, etc. I usually get a new pair every year because you can never have enough good jeans. The last ones I purchased were in 01/17. The first ones I wrote the year in were the 2012 version, but I have at least 3-4 pair that are much older with no dates! I wanted to attach some pictures to prove it. Thanks for the great quality and great price on the jeans!

The sum is simply the best jeans I've ever found. Buy them, wear them, and you won't buy anything else. Thanks LL Bean.
