I pray L L Bean will bring back the hidden waist band in original fit Bayside twill pants. I detest elastic in the back of the waist. The rise is NEVER correct. But with this hidden waist band they fit perfectly.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Twill 9" shorts. Nice fabric and well made except the elastic in the "comfort fit" is too loose and lets them gap open at the pockets. Order a size up and definitely don't count on tummy control with these.

They wash, light dry, and left no wrinkles so I don't need to press them with and iron. I like the Velcro pull tags on each side of t he waist to adjust as I want them to for my fit.
